ReflectSleeve aluminium foil radiant heat shield sleeve — protects cables and hoses against radiant heat up to 800°C, manufactured by S Riley Fabrications

Lightweight · Reflective · Resilient

ReflectSleeve was developed specifically as a lightweight, flexible, high-performance OEM and aftermarket automotive heat shield.

A higher-than-average 20μ aluminium foil face makes it extremely durable and resilient, even after repeated manipulation during fabrication. The foil is laminated to a 9-micron 'E' glass fabric using a special HT silicone adhesive rated to 250°C.

Stitched with PTFE-coated fibreglass sewing thread. Black flame-retardant PU coating on the back face.
