SRF Firesleeve Tape is manufactured from 'E' glass fibre yarn woven into a tape, then coated with high-grade silicone elastomer rubber.
A very flexible tape designed to protect wires, cables and hoses from high ambient temperatures — continuous service at 250°C, withstands molten metal splash at 1200°C.
Highly resistant to oils, hydraulic fluids, fuels, acids and alkalis. Forms a protective SiO₂ layer when exposed to flame.
Tape format for irregular shapes, junctions, branches and fittings the sleeve can't cover.
Protects workers from burns from hot boxes, steam lines and pipework.
Reduces heat loss by retaining heat within pipework.
Five widths from 25mm to 125mm — choose the right wrap for the job.
